Shipping Policy

To check the shipping status of your order click here. I will try to update this blog periodically to let customers know which orders (by date) are currently being processed. If there are unusual delays, I will try to post the information on the shipping status page. Please be patient as I am only one person and it takes time to fill the orders, maintain the website and inventory.

Ordering/Shipping Policy - Please Read!

Please allow 7-10 business days for me to process your order. I'm usually able to get orders out quicker than that, but ask buyers to allow sufficient time considering that I work another full time job and maintain the online store in my free time in between providing care for my son and other family obligations. I currently only ship within the US.

Types of Payment

I accept PayPal, personal checks and money orders. You can use a credit card, debit card or electronic check through PayPal only. Personal checks and money orders are also accepted, but please be aware that you send them at your own risk. If the check or money order should happen to become lost in the mail or misdelivered, I will not be liable for that.

Payment can be made online with your credit card through the PayPal shopping cart (you DO NOT have to sign up for PayPal to make a purchase) or you can download and print an order form in pdf format and mail it to us with your check or money order. PayPal account holders should ensure that their current mailing address is updated on PayPal before ordering. I will not be held accountable for orders misrouted to an outdated address.

Quality Products

All cards are standard business card size except where otherwise specified. I designed all of the Autism Awareness Cards, disAbility Awareness Cards, and Teacher/Student cards myself and all are professionally printed - these are not "homemade" items! All cards are printed on 80 lb cardstock, many are two-sided and most have a glossy finish. Magnets are printed on high quality vinyl up to 0.4mm thickness. Ribbon magnets and bumper magnets are designed for outside use with UV protection to prevent fading and wear. Please read the descriptions carefully. Different packages have different quantitites of cards, but most have 30 cards each.
